IP-6

—------------

IP-6 is a form of inositol, a type of sugar alcohol that plays a role in cellular processes. Specifically, IP-6 is the phosphorylated form of inositol, meaning it has six phosphate groups attached to it. IP-6 has been observed to slow cardiovascular calcifications, it has also been thoroughly researched for its anti-cancer properties.

IP-6 may bind to iron in the gut and prevent its absorption in the digestive tract, leading to a reduction in iron stores in the body; this can be beneficial for bodybuilders who deal with blood thickness issues.

Ubiquinol

—--------------

Ubiquinol is the active, reduced form of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), a substance that's essential for energy production in cells. It's a powerful antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative damage. Some studies suggest that ubiquinol may support cognitive function and protect the brain from age-related decline.

Ubiquinol is proposed to support a healthy blood pressure through its effects on endotheial cells in blood vessels.
